Flagged user alerts
Notify authorised teams when a flagged account is detected.
Discord safety, backed by investigation
Watchdog is being built to help communities check flagged users, submit evidence, and act on decisions reviewed by the Watchdog team.
Watchdog’s scan tool will let authorised users check whether a Discord account has an active Watchdog flag and view the information they are permitted to see.
Flags are not added casually. Reports are investigated, evidence is reviewed, and recommendations go through senior review before a decision is recorded.

Public user scanning is not available yet.
Every report follows a defined path from initial review to a recorded outcome.
A report is sent with relevant information and evidence.
The report is checked for validity and priority.
A staff member claims or is assigned the report.
Evidence and context are reviewed in full.
The investigator records findings and a recommendation.
A senior staff member reviews the recommendation.
A final outcome is recorded.
Watchdog does not flag users based on rumours or unverified claims. Reports are reviewed, investigated, and supported by evidence before a decision is made.
Every investigation follows a documented review process.
Watchdog’s Discord bot is intended to help communities act on confirmed Trust & Safety information and strengthen server security.
These server-protection features are planned and are not currently available through this website.
Notify authorised teams when a flagged account is detected.
Let communities define how confirmed flags should be handled.
Add safeguards against automated abuse and suspicious joins.
Help protect sensitive roles and permission changes.
Public report submission and report tracking are still being prepared. Once available, you will be able to submit relevant details and evidence for review by the Watchdog team.
Watchdog is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger or there is an immediate risk to life, contact the relevant emergency service.
